Sixteen media leaders from 14 countries call for Algerian colleague’s release

Brought together by Reporters Without Borders (RSF), 16 media publishers and editors from 14 countries, including Nobel peace laureate Dmitry Muratov, are calling on Algeria to release imprisoned Algerian media director Ihsane El Kadi and to stop obstructing the two media outlets he runs, Radio M and Maghreb Émergent.
